Jim, yes I agree this feature can potentially unfollow someone you perhaps liked. Although generally if the two of you consistently find each others tweets useful, the chances of either one unfollowing are minimal.

This is the #1 feature you guys offer. It used to be auto DM, but since those are poison these days, the auto unfollow feature is it. Besides 'teaching them a lesson' - it keeps from having to deal with the awkwardness of dealing with when you realized you've been unfollowed by someone you perhaps liked. this feature takes all of that out of the equation.

[...] Kwiqq Social Networking Software added an interesting post on How to teach Twitter Qwitters (Unfollowers) a lessonHere’s a small excerptIf you are on Twitter you might have some across bogus accounts. These account operators try to get as many Twitter followers by following random users. Typically they would follow you, wait till you follow them back and then unfollow you. The most effective way to counter such users is to turn their stratergy on its head. The simplest way to go about it is to unfollow them when they quit following you. Here is how we can automate it using SocialToo.com : 1). Sign up to SocialToo. [...]
