IT Consultancy shows no love to Piccolos Italian (Brighton)

I spent many interesting evenings at Piccolo’s Italian during my student days. Known amongst friends for good food at an affordable price. Their salads are to die for! Reviews on a Brighton Takeaway site.
Today I followed a link to their website and was shocked to see:
Clearly the restaurant didn’t pay for the website, but would you do this as an IT Consultancy? (By the way I’m not judging the IT consultancy or the restaurant).
I asked the question on Twitter. Response:
PaulDJohnston: after prolonged non-payment, very possibly. Although I wouldn’t tell others to be “wary” (not weary) of the establishment
BennaP: erm…no! I don’t think it reflects well on the client or the consultancy, especially the latter
antonmannering: Haven’t done but considered it. What are your thoughts?
Fulcrum_CR: That’s appalling ! Unprofessional and so damaging !
peterolding: A friend didn’t receive payment for work on a pet beauty parlor website. So he photoshopped all the pictures to make the dogs ugly
